Family decide to wind down trust

06 September 2021
The SPOH Charitable Trust was formed in early November 2008 by the family and friends of Shaun Paul O'Hagan who was tragically killed in a road traffic accident (RTA)on 1st January 2007. The aim of the trust was to raise money for the survivors of RTA's and their families who may need medical care / equipment or financial support.
Over the past 13 years due to extensive fundraising the Trust has been able to provide assistance to a number of recipients, contributing almost 30k pounds towards sports wheelchairs, communication tablets, rehab therapy, specialised mobility equipment and donations to various charities including Brain Injuries Matters
The time has now come for the family to wind down the charity, with the remaining funds being donated to Air Ambulance NI
The family would like to thank everyone for their support over the past decade in making the Trust the success that it has been.
